Century City is a prominent business community comprised of major industry sectors: legal, financial, entertainment, hospitality, medical, professional and retail services. Each of these businesses and their employees are important members of a community that contribute to this area’s economic prosperity. While Century City is not its own city, it is a neighborhood of Los Angeles. Major avenues, boulevards and streets include Pico Blvd., Santa Monica Blvd., Avenue of the Stars, Century Park East, Century Park West and Constellation Blvd. Street boundaries are Santa Monica Blvd. (on the north); Pico Blvd., (on the south) Century Park East (on the east) and Century Park West (on the west). It is an area of approximately 9 unequal blocks.Neighborhood boundaries are Westwood (on the west); Rancho Park, Beverlywood and Cheviot Hills (on the south); and Beverly Hills (to the east and north). It has a land area of approximately 0.3 square mile and 176-acres.
